ON-LINE Registration TIPS / Notes

This year all signup's will be done on-line. No computer? No problem - you can meet us at one of our Pizza Factory dates or you can simply go to the public library and sign up!

When it comes time to pay you will note that we use Paypal to accept credit card payment. You do NOT need a PayPal account to complete your transaction / to pay by credit card. They can just use their credit card.

If you DO already have a PayPal account but don't want to use it, you can still just use their credit card so long as it is not the same credit card linked to the PayPal account.

Or - you can just mail in a check! But we still need for you to register with the on-line system.

FEES for Baseball & Softball:

$85 for the first player, $145 for two players, and $195 for three players. The whole payment must be received by February 27th to get the discount.

The opt out fee has been changed to $30 and the final deadline for sign-ups are March 15th (uniform fitting night).

The fees were the same as last year if you registered and PAID before February 27th:$75 for the first player,
$130 for two players, and
$180 for three players until February 27th (the sign-ups at the Pizza Factory).

T-Ball fee: $40.00

Still have Questions? Having trouble with on-line registration or just don't want to do it that way? Call Heidi Canda 385-9651 and she will take your information over the phone. You can then mail a check or bring the check to tryouts. Volunteer Applications and Medical release info will be given at tryouts.

 

Payment? - Sign up now, pay on-line with credit card or mail in a check - easy! Families with one player can pay right after registration.


Discussion:

This is the second year that all of our registration will be done on-line. That does not mean that you need to pay on line (you may pay on line with credit card or Paypal, but not required). The only change really is that the sign up, the registration, is with an on-line form instead of paper. This utility will improve communication around the league and save our volunteers MANY hours of repetitive data entry. We hope that you will enjoy the benefits of this improved communication.

To fully benefit from this system you should have an email address. It is not required, but it will greatly assist all of us in keeping in touch and making sure you are fully informed. If you do not have a computer it is possible to use computers of a friend or at the library and set up a free email account from a service such as Gmail or yahoo! etc.

Personal Dashboard

After you submit your form a "personal dashboard" will be emailed to you.Hang onto that - you will use that to communicate with your team and access data throughout the season. And you can edit your registration form in pre-season!
