Rainout Procedure

It is at the discretion of the home team manager to cancel a game due to rain or other adverse conditions.

If there is a rainout the following should take place in this order of priority:

1. Text (preferably) or callHeidi Canda (League President)
at 360-531-0310

2. Text (preferably) or call Melanie Shoop (Concessions Manager)
at 360-301-5217

3. Text or Call Andy Lingle (Umpire in Chief)
at 360-531-2909

4. Call the manager from the other team. Need their contact info?

5. Contact the players on your team.

(for Concession Stand Manager) - 2010 Season

1. Confirm with all managers scheduled to play on the Fairground fields who haven't called in.
(eg. if one manager cancels, call other scheduled managers who haven't called in to check game play status)
It may be necessary to reference the Master Schedule to see who is scheduled for that night: (posted here: http://ptll.org/teams/ )

2. Contact Pizza Factory by 5:15 PM to cancel pizza order: 385-7223

3. Contact any concession workers scheduled to help in the concession stand.
